Wakka Hotel - Imabari

After cycling all day, the BBQ dinner on my room's balcony offers stunning ocean views and good flavors. The staff expertly coordinated e-bike rentals, making the experience seamless.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a restaurant, the bridge, and other attractions. The breakfast had lots of food, including good coffee, croissants, eggs, and bacon. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was EXCEPTIONAL.

Local shops are rarely open!!! Knowing their schedule in advance would greatly enhance the experience!!! The experience could benefit from more accurate information regarding weather-related activity adjustments!!!

Access to shared bathrooms was somewhat cumbersome at night, causing slight inconvenience. While amenities were superb, a bit more focus on bathroom logistics could enhance the overall experience.

The bathroom access was quite inconvenient, especially at night. I found myself struggling to navigate the path while it rained was nice. The breakfast selection was limited, which left a lot to be desired considering the overall quality of the stay.

The BBQ dinner was a highlight, showcasing fresh and delicious local flavors. Although the blowup third bed was uncomfortable, the staff's hospitality and attention to detail shone through were good. The breakfast on the terrace complemented the relaxing vibe perfectly, despite some minor logistical challenges with bathroom access.

I enjoyed the BBQ dinner and breakfast. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The sea view from my tent was very nice, especially with the sunrise each morning. The helpful staff spoke fluent English.

Wakka was the highlight of our cycling adventure! We stayed in a Standard Twin Room, Ocean View for 2 nights, and it was a cozy sanctuary after long rides. The beds were comfortable, the room was super clean, and the view during sunrise was amazing. Breakfast was good, served in a multipurpose space overlooking the water. The staff were very good, provided helpful local tips and even offering free shuttle services to nearby attractions.

Stayed in the Standard Twin Room, Ocean View for 2 nights and it was super comfy! The beds were really cozy, and I loved how clean everything was. The view was fine, especially during sunrise. No noise from adjoining rooms, a nice touch. Plus, breakfast in the multipurpose space with that view? Amazing! Just wished there were easier bathroom access, but overall a solid experience.

Wakka was our favorite part of the trip! We loved staying in the geodesic dome tent by the water. It was well-equipped with a cooler and air conditioning. A lovely private patio. The café had amazing views, and we enjoyed delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. Renting a bike was a highlight.
